Abstract
This research explores various strategies for teaching mathematics with the integration of artificial intelligence, concentrating on its impact on student learning outcomes and teacher productivity using a data mining approach. By making use of extensive datasets obtained from educational systems across the six continents, the study utilizes data mining methods such as clustering, classification, and pattern detection to uncover trends and interconnections in AI-enhanced teaching and learning approaches. The results indicate that AI markedly improves student achievement, understanding of concepts, and retention by delivering timely and adaptive feedback that bolsters both procedural and advanced thinking abilities. Furthermore, AI promotes heightened engagement, motivation, and enthusiasm among students while facilitating personalized instruction through tailored learning pathways that cater to varying needs, mitigate achievement disparities, and reduce anxiety related to mathematics. Moreover, the findings suggest that AI has a beneficial impact on teachers’ professional practices by enhancing instructional efficiency and overall productivity. By providing automated administrative support and aiding in personalized lesson planning, AI alleviates workload, stress, and burnout, which in turn boosts teacher well-being and morale. As a result, educators can devote more time to delivering high-quality instruction and managing their classrooms effectively. In summary, the study concludes that AI-driven educational approaches offer valuable insights into its dual advantages for both students and teachers, emphasizing its potential to revolutionize mathematics education into a more efficient, inclusive, and learner-centered experience.
