Abstract

This study investigates the effect of the P.E.A.K. (Program for Efficient and Agile Kinetics) through Calisthenics Fitness Program on selected schools in Pasay City in relation to how such findings can be utilized to further enhance curriculum, facilities, and instructional strategies. The P.E.A.K. Program is a set of calisthenic exercises not currently part of the standard school curricula. This has been very effective for training and to conduct even at home. The findings also show that the program significantly enhances both health-related and skill-related fitness by improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and physical performance. The program enhances emotional states and social skills, especially teamwork and cooperation in student-athletes. These results emphasize the incorporation of evidence-based fitness practices within the school system in developing the student-athlete The findings suggest that schools should prioritize not only fitness programs such as P.E.A.K. in their curriculum but also offer appropriate combinations of exercise intensity with training in the mind and emotional realm. In this respect, educational leaders can ensure the proper facilities, resources, and staff training are in place to give student-athletes the greatest opportunities toward their academic and athletic goals. This will offer a platform where the physical, mental, and social wellness of student-athletes will be part of their holistic growth and prosperity through integration in the education system. As such, the investigation has been able to identify that educational administration plays a very important role in making exercise programs part of the essential development of student-athletes.
