Abstract
This study explored the love of nature among senior high school students. Mixed method of quantitative and qualitative designs was used. The participants of the study are senior high school students and their teachers. The questionnaire and interview guide were used to gather the needed data. The result showed that the respondents are always exposed to environmental Education. The factors that influenced their love of nature are the influence of family and friends, school, and personal enjoyment of nature. Their experiences with nature include maintenance of school surroundings, community clean-up, and tree planting and related activities. This study suggests that the teaching of environmental education should be more extensive so that more exposures of the students be provided. Partnership between the local government unit and the school should be forged so that the students will help in the implementation of environmental projects.
