Abstract

This study investigates how diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies influence student outcomes and experiences in education, focusing on academic performance, school climate, and culturally responsive pedagogy. Drawing on studies from various countries, the research analyzes the effectiveness of D&I strategies in improving educational equity, promoting belonging, and supporting teacher practices. Findings show that inclusive policies can enhance academic engagement among diverse student groups, foster positive school environments, and empower teachers to adopt culturally responsive teaching methods. The study highlights the global need for comprehensive inclusion frameworks to ensure all learners thrive, regardless of background.
