Abstract
This quantitative study employed a survey–correlational research design to determine the level of work–life balance and stress management among Physical Education teachers in secondary schools in the Province of Capiz during the Academic Year 2025–2026. Out of a total population of 390 teachers, 171 participants were selected through random sampling. The research instruments used were modified questionnaires on work–life balance developed by Khan (2017) and stress management by Chadha (2019). In this study, work–life balance served as the independent variable, while stress management was treated as the dependent variable. Statistical tools employed included the mean and standard deviation for descriptive analysis, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient (Pearson’s r) for inferential analysis. All inferential tests were conducted at a 0.05 level of significance. Results revealed that Physical Education teachers demonstrated a moderately level of work–life balance and a high level of stress management. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between work–life balance and stress management among the participants.
